ABOUT US
Minex was founded in 2006 as an international company that produces and markets mineral coal, metallurgical coke, and reactive coke, among other products, in Colombia and worldwide. We have a consolidated transportation logistics network established through long-term relationships with transportation companies, and we maintain agreements with port authorities located in the Atlantic and Pacific regions, allowing us to offer our products to both markets.
Our team consists of 630 employees who coordinate administrative, operational, and mining functions.
We seek the best ways to generate sustainable value in our production processes, with a focus on our people and communities, so that Minex remains a reliable and long-term supplier for our customers.
By 2026, we will be a regional mining corporation recognized for its quality and innovation, committed to sustainability, the well-being of its people, and the protection of its environment.
